Workspace overview

Workspace overview

Navigate the portfolio, move between projects, and understand the shared filters.

The workspace is designed for moving from a portfolio-level signal to project-level evidence without losing context. The portfolio highlights setup progress, scan state, alerts, and recent reports across the organization. Selecting a project opens its SEO, GEO, source, action, and reporting areas.

Project, date, topic, tag, and model choices affect more than one page. Keep those shared filters stable while investigating a change, then record them when exporting or presenting the result. This makes comparisons reproducible and prevents two views with different populations from being treated as the same measurement.

Use the portfolio for prioritization and the project workspace for diagnosis. An alert or score change at portfolio level should lead to the relevant scan, issue, answer, or source inside the project. Avoid making project changes from an organization-wide summary alone, because portfolio views intentionally compress coverage, configuration, and evidence detail.

Portfolio overview

The global overview summarizes projects, recent scan state, alerts, reports, and setup progress across the organization.

Use portfolio signals to identify projects that need attention, then enter the project before assigning work. Recent scan state, setup progress, and alerts can explain why a score is absent or stale. Portfolio comparisons are most useful when projects have similar schedules and sufficient completed evidence.

Sites

Create, select, archive, and restore project workspaces within the plan limit.

Reports

Open generated reports, edit blocks, export, and manage share links.

Review score changes and scheduled scan events that need attention.

Integrations

Inspect Google Search Console, model routing status, API keys, and webhook endpoints.

Project navigation

Each project keeps SEO and GEO as distinct evidence workspaces. Changing projects preserves your current section where possible.

The navigation groups investigation by evidence type. SEO focuses on pages and checks, GEO focuses on prompts and answers, Sources explains influence, Actions tracks work, and Reports packages the result. Moving among these areas should retain the selected project and shared analysis context.

Shared GEO filters

Project, time range, tags, models, and topics are shared across GEO pages so a comparison remains stable while you move through the workspace.

Changing a shared filter on one page changes the population used elsewhere. Capture the filter state before exporting a chart or quoting a metric so another reviewer can reproduce the same answer set.
